You should know what to say by writing it out and practicing, but definitely give a genuine answer. I only practiced because I'm a nervous person and was scared to stutter and leave the interviewer in silence. The first time around, I did not prepare and did ok but was still given an appointment. However, the person who interviewed me on the phone, also interviewed me in person so impressions here matter to get you off on the right foot. Fourth, you will hopefully be given an appointment on a day and time so definitely get there 20-30 minutes early. From this point on, this is 100% my experience and at the end I'll give my reasoning on why what I did think helped me this time around. Part 3: The changes I've made this time around I got through the phone interview, but what was different this time was instead of a 1 on 1 interview, I was told it was now a group interview. Some differences I've made to prepare for this was: I wore a nice dress shirt buttoned up all the way, black jeans, black dress shoes so basically business casual.
